The Female Nutrition Centre was formed in 2017 by Hayley Jones following the completion of BSc (Hons) Nutritional Science from the Centre of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), validated by Middlesex University, in which she secured a First class grade. In addition, Hayley holds a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from CNELM, and is a registered member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is the UK voluntary register for complementary health practitioners. This register has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) for health and social care, a body accountable to parliament.
During her studies, Hayley developed a special interest in women’s health and nutrition. Hayley says “Women are amazing and through their lifetime will go through unique physiological processes; menstrual cycles, pregnancy, and menopause. Unfortunately, imbalances in this unique physiology can result in unwanted conditions and symptoms; Pre menstrual syndrome (PMS), endometriosis, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), infertility, hot flashes, night sweats and more…”
